Honey & product
- Our honey is local Irish honey supplied through our direct relationship with AABees and beekeeper Brendan Dowling. GoldHearth handles packing, sales and delivery.
- Our honey is minimally processed and treated as gently as possible to keep its natural character. We do not make organic claims unless certified.
- No. Crystallisation is natural in raw honey. Stand the jar in warm (not hot) water for a few minutes to soften.
- Keep at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Honey doesn't need refrigeration.
- Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. We do not make any medical claims about honey.

Delivery
- Yes. We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland. Free delivery on orders over €50.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery typically within 2–4 working days.
- Currently we focus on the Republic of Ireland. International shipping coming soon.

Refunds & returns
- If your jar arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.
- Yes, unopened jars in original condition can be returned within 14 days. Get in touch first via the contact page.
